Application Process

STEP 1: Submit application for review to the Architectural Construction Committee (ACC): The application requires the plat map of the property and the request for modifications and/or improvements. Details may include architectural plans, pictures, surveys and permits, if needed. 

STEP 2: Committee Review: The ACC reviews applications based on a set of guidelines to the association. The committee may allow variations under certain circumstances if it is determined whether or not the plans meet the necessary standards.

STEP 3: Decision: Once the ACC has reached a decision, they submit their recommendation to the homeowner in writing. Please allow up to 30 days for review and processing. However, in many cases the homeowner received a response much sooner.

Application Requirements

One application is required per project.  You can submit multiple forms at one time if need be for several projects at once. Each project will need the following information, or the application will be denied:

1.  Submit detailed building plans that include the height, length and width of the proposed improvements.
2.  Submit a property site/plot map showing the location of the proposed improvement.
3.  Submit a picture of each existing unapproved improvement.

If ANY digging will be done:

1. Contact 811 for survey of property
2. Provide confirmation # on ACC application
